summer grilled fish tacos

Summer Grilled Fish Tacos



1 lb Mahi or Salmon

16 4" Corn Tortillas

4 cups Shredded Cabbage

1/4 cups Radishes Sliced Thin

8 pieces of Sliced Avocado

1/2 cup of 1/4" Diced Tomatoes

1/4 cup of 1/4" Diced Onions

2 oz Lime Juice

32 Cilantro Leaved Picked

1 Cup Mayonnaise


Cut fish into 2-3oz pieces, season with salt and pepper and cook on grill.  Toss cabbage, sliced radishes, tomato, and  onion together salt and pepper and mix with mayo and lime juice.  Warm tortillas on the grill.  Place tortillas on plate double stacked, place fish on top of tortillas, spoon slaw mixture on top of fish and top with avocado slice.  Serve immediately.
