Marbled Doubled Eggs



12 Eggs

1 qt Water

¼ cup Vinegar

1 Tbsp Kosher Salt

¼ cup Mayonnaise

1-2 Tbsp Sriracha Hot Sauce

½ tsp Kosher Salt

Pinch of pepper

1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

2 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds

Green Onion (sliced thin)

Easter Egg Dye


  1. Combine water, vinegar and 1 Tbsp kosher salt in a pan and bring to a slow boil
  2. Drop eggs in carefully to boiling water and cook for 11 minutes
  3. Remove eggs from boiling water and chill with ice water
  4. Once eggs are cooled, gently roll each one on the counter to crack the shell but do not remove the shell
  5. Drop the eggs into desired egg color and follow manufacturer’s directions for coloring eggs
  6. Once finished, remove the shell and the egg will have a marbled dyed effect
  7. Cut eggs in half, keeping the whites to fill and adding the yolks to a mixing bowl
  8. Add mayo, sriracha, salt, pepper and Dijon mustard and mix together
  9. Spoon egg filling back into egg whites and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions
  10. Serve immediately or refrigerate until needed
  11. Enjoy!
