Fajita Marinade


Fajita

Ingredients:

  • 46 fl oz tomato juice
  • 19 fl oz Heinz chili sauce
  • 3 fl oz Kikkoman soy sauce
  • 17 fl oz vegetable oil
  • 3 fl oz fresh lime juice
  • 5 tsp chicken base
  • 2 oz fajita spice
  • 1 ½ cup distilled white vinegar
  • 10 pounds chicken cutlets

Method of Preparation:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in the refrigerator to chill.
  2. Open and pour all of the ingredients into a plastic container.
  3. Use a whisk to combine until completely smooth (about 3 minutes).
  4. Pour this marinade over the chicken. Cover with plastic.
  5. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
  6. Cook on a BBQ grill.
  7. Enjoy!
