Chicken Milanese


    • 16 ounces Chicken filet 2oz.
    • 1/4 cup All-purpose Flour
    • Pinch Lawry’s Green cap seasoning salt
    • Pinch Black pepper
    • 1 egg
    • 1 ounce Milk
    • 1/4 cup Seasoned Bread crumbs
    • 2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese
    • Pinch Fresh chopped parsley
    • 1/4 wedge Lemon
    • Pinch Fresh chopped parsley       


    Mix the flour with the seasonings and then the bread crumbs with the same seasonings plus the parsley and the Parmesan cheese. Place the flour in a bowl then place the eggs and milk in another bowl. Wisk the eggs together with the milk. In another bowl mix the bread crumbs. Cut the chicken into eight 2 oz. pieces. Place the chicken in the flour first then the egg and milk mixture then the bread crumbs.  In a frying pan fry the chicken for approximately 2 minutes on each side. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top of the chicken when done and serves with lemon. Great with pasta with tomato basil as a side.
