Country Breakfast Bowl  


Breakfast Bowl

  

INGREDIENTS:

½ tablespoon Butter, Unsalted
3 each Eggs, fresh
7 ounces hash browns, cooked
2 ounces Sausage Link, cut into ¼” pieces, pre-warmed
4 FL ounces Country Gravy, pre-warmed
1 teaspoon Scallions, washed and sliced thin
1 teaspoon Parsley, Italian, washed and chopped fine
1 each Biscuit, freshly baked

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. Heat a non-stick sauté pan to medium heat
2. Add the butter to the pan. Allow the butter to melt
3. Crack the eggs into a small bowl
4. Add the eggs to the pan and cook to your liking
5. Place the cooked hash browns in a pre-warmed bowl
6. Top with the cooked eggs and chopped sausage
7. Ladle the country gravy over the eggs
8. Garnish with green onions and parsley
9. Place the biscuit at 12 o’clock
10. Serve and Enjoy!
