Leticia’s Mexican Cocina opening soon inside Fiesta Henderson

(Henderson, Nev., August 20, 2018) - Leticia’s Cocina will be opening this fall inside Fiesta Henderson, 777 W. Lake Mead Parkway.

The Fiesta Henderson location marks the third for the popular local eatery, which is owned and managed by Chef Leticia Mitchell. Leticia’s has gained notoriety because of Mitchell’s authentic, old-world Mexican recipes, many of which are inspired by her mother. Guests of the new Fiesta Henderson location will enjoy Leticia’s favorites such as the Molcajetes with grilled top sirloin, grilled nopales, shrimp, Oaxaca cheese and homemade ranchera sauce. There are also items such as Leticia’s famous queso fundido appetizer made with menonita and Oaxaca cheese and topped with fresh Mexican chorizo, sautéed onions or mushrooms, and served with homemade corn masa tortillas. Guests can also expect menu items including the pozole rojo or blanco, empanadas, chile rellenos, house specialties and so much more.  Leticia’s Cocina at Fiesta Henderson will offer guests of all ages a delectable variety of appetizers, soups and salads, breakfast dishes, main entrees and desserts.

When the restaurant opens to the public, Leticia’s Cocina at Fiesta Henderson will offer Viva Happy Hour every Monday-Friday from 2-6 p.m., and 6-7 p.m. only at the bar. Happy Hour at Leticia’s features $5 Margaritas, 50 percent off wine, and $3 or $5 food items. Leticia’s will feature two-for-one Margaritas every Tuesday and all-you-can-eat tacos every Monday for $24 per person.

Leticia's Cocina at Fiesta Henderson will be open Monday - Thursday from 11:30 a.m. – 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m.- 11pm.
