The Feast at Red Rock Resort offers Well & Being station for ultimate wellness
(LAS VEGAS, July 31, 2017) – Now you don’t have to choose between the buffet and your health goals.
With the new Well & Being station at Red Rock Resort’s Feast Buffet, health-conscious diners can eat what they like while still enjoying the buffet atmosphere. Everything served in the new Well & Being station is meant to provide fuel for your body and give guests major nutrition while still tasting great. The new health-conscious food offerings inside the Feast Buffet are an extension of the Well & Being program offered at the Spa at Red Rock that focuses on fitness and nutrition.
On a rotating basis, there will be vegan, paleo, low-carb, high-protein, raw foods, gluten free and super foods options featured at the buffet. The ingredients in all of the dishes served focus on anti-inflammatory foods that are Ph balanced and rich in antioxidants and omega 3 and 6 balancing.
Items served include sweet potato quesadillas, soba noodle salad, roasted veggie sliders, cauliflower with tomato basil, and curry chickpea spinach. The items are presented in balanced portion sizes, so every time guests choose an item from the Well & Being station, they know they’re getting something that’s just right nutritionally.
The new station is a perfect complement to a day spent working out inside the Spa at Red Rock by Well & Being, the namesake for the healthy eating section of the buffet.
