New Gridiron Grill opens at Red Rock Resort

(LAS VEGAS, Feb. 23, 2017) – Red Rock Resort welcomes the newest eatery to join its culinary offerings, Gridiron Grill. Opening today, Gridiron Grill will operate from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. initially, with extended hours during large race and sporting events as it’s located adjacent to the iconic race and sports book.  The new grill will feature casual fan favorite menu items and new incarnations of the eats guests want while watching all the action from the sidelines.

All of Gridiron Grill’s new menu items are created from scratch by Red Rock Resort’s culinary team. Snacks start at just $1.99 and include Pig Skins, freshly fried crispy pork rinds with chipotle and cheddar seasoned salt; nachos; and carnitas fries. For those who want to watch all the action on the court early in the day, a full breakfast menu is offered, including items such as donuts; a bacon, egg and cheese croissant; and a breakfast burrito with scrambled eggs, crispy carnitas, Monterey jack and Oaxaca cheese, crinkle cut fries and salsa verde.

While eating items such as the Cubano, a pressed sandwich with carnitas, ham, Swiss cheese, jalapeno, mustard and pickles, guests can enjoy the idyllic race and sports book amenities at Red Rock Resort thanks to the property’s 17-feet tall video screens that equate to almost 32 yards of wall-to-wall race sports viewing in 4K. Or, join in Station Casinos’ annual $50,000 Last Man Standing college basketball tournament elimination contest while munching on a Dirty Burger with chili, nacho cheese sauce, green onion, tomato, olives and sour cream.

Enter the contest now through March 16 at 9 a.m. Entries cost $25 each, and the purchase of four entries earns a fifth for free. Then enjoy a Cubby hot dog, which features a poppy seed bun, sport pepper, pickle, tomato and onion while you watch the latest baseball game from the bench. Burger combos start at $4.99, and options include unique items such as the Pro Bowl with grilled pineapple, ham, Hawaiian mustard BBQ, and Jack cheese or the BBQ Burger with apple wood smoked bacon, BBQ sauce, pickles, crispy fried onions and cheddar.

Gridiron Grill joins Red Rock Resort’s collection of restaurants, including T-Bones Chophouse, the Grand Café, Feast Buffet, 8 Noodle Bar, Yardhouse, Salute, Libre, Lucille’s BBQ, Hearthstone and a thriving food court with multiple fast options.
