FIESTA RANCHO TO WELCOME NEW MEXICAN SUSHI AND SEAFOOD RESTAURANT, BAR AND ENTERTAINMENT OFFERINGS TO GUESTS
Culichi Town to bring Sinaloa-style food, delicious beverages and exciting entertainment to North Las Vegas
(Las Vegas, August 21, 2017) – Fiesta Rancho will soon welcome an array of new offerings, including a new restaurant, bar and live entertainment venue by the talented Ramon Guerrero and his family, owners of the popular Culichi Town based in the Los Angeles suburb of Rialto, Calif. What began a decade ago out of Guerrero’s desire for better opportunities in America combined with his culinary passion has grown from making tamales out of his house to 11 restaurant and live entertainment locations throughout California and Texas. Culichi Town will debut its popular offerings for the first time in Southern Nevada in the coming months at Fiesta Rancho.
The authentic Sinaloan-style menu is packed with traditional Mexican dishes as well as more creative dishes such as shrimp ceviche with Flamin’ Hot Cheetos and deep-fried sushi filled with chicken, steak, bacon and cheese. The owners of Culichi Town will also offer live Sinaloense band music inside a 700-seat live entertainment venue.
Culichi Town’s new restaurant, bar and live entertainment concepts will replace the former Garduños of Mexico, Blue Agave bar and Club Tequila.
