(Las Vegas, November 30, 2017) – Get your taste buds ready for a Mexican adventure, Las Vegas. Culichi Town is here.

The popular restaurant chain hailing from California is now open inside Fiesta Rancho serving up lunch and dinner with Japanese and Mexican specialties in the style of Culichi, using culinary techniques from Sinaloa, Mexico where seafood is one of the principal ingredients used. And yes, there really is a tuna margarita on the menu. Don’t fret, though, if you want something more traditional, pineapple or strawberry are among the other flavors offered, in addition to a wide array of juices, beers and other libations.

On the food side of things, hungry guests should come with a sense of adventure and treat themselves to items such as shrimp ceviche with Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, a marlin quesadilla or shrimp empanadas. Or, try the sushi with a Mexican twist, such as the Mar y Tierra, a steak and shrimp roll packed with cream cheese and avocado. Or, try the Cordon Bleu sushi roll with cream cheese and chicken, among other ingredients.

The authentic, Sinaloan-style menu is packed with traditional Mexican dishes too, including a wide array of shrimp ceviche options layered with different salsas and accompaniments, camarones a la diabla, or tacos.

Culichi Town is the brainchild of Ramon Guerrero and his family, who opened their first eatery a decade ago. Hours of operation for the Fiesta Rancho location are 11 a.m.-11 p.m., Monday -Thursday, 10 a.m.-1:30 a.m. on Friday and Saturday and from 10 a.m.-midnight on Sunday.  Fiesta Rancho is located at 2400 N. Rancho Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89130.
