Celebrate the return of spring and summer with Green Valley Ranch Resort’s and Red Rock Resort’s 2018 pool seasons

Resort pools are open to the public, with new Sandbar Grille menus 

(Las Vegas, March 2, 2018) – Beginning March 9 and 10, the pools at Green Valley Ranch Resort and Red Rock Resort will be open daily for the season. In addition to access for hotel guests, the pools at both properties are offering weekday guest passes and other options for sun worshippers to get outside.

In addition to the passes, guests can lounge poolside by renting a daybed or cabana. And while you’re at one of the resorts, don’t miss out on trying a meal off the new menus at one of the Sandbar Grille locations. More details on 2018 poolside options are below.

Pool hours and guest passes

The Red Rock Resort pool will be open seven days a week, beginning March 10 from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. From May 5 to Sept. 4, the hours increase to 9 a.m.-8 p.m., and from Sept. 4 to Oct. 7, the hours return to 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Friday-Sunday, and from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Thursday.  Those not staying at the hotel can access the pool Monday-Friday for $25 or $20 for children ages 10 and under.

The Green Valley Ranch Resort pool will be open seven days a week, beginning March 9 from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, the hours increase from 9 a.m.-7 p.m., and from Labor Day through end of season the hours return to 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Those not staying at the hotel can access the pool Monday-Friday for $20 or $10 for children ages 12 and under.

Pool passes are sold at Perks Coffee Bar in the Green Valley Ranch Resort hotel lobby and at the towel hut at the main entrance to the pool. At Red Rock Resort, pool passes are sold at the towel hut.

Daybed and cabana rentals, new eats

For those looking to lounge in style, both resorts also offer cabana and poolside daybed reservations for hotel and non-hotel guests any day of the week by calling 702-797-7873 at Red Rock Resort and 702-617-7744 at Green Valley Ranch Resort. Cost to reserve daybeds and cabanas ranges from $50 to $550, and prices are subject to change. Cabana check-in goes from 9-11 a.m. at Red Rock, and 9 a.m.-noon at Green Valley Ranch at each property’s towel huts. Cabanas include a personalized cabana host, snacks, chilled fresh fruit, non-alcoholic beverages, use of a flat screen TV, magazines, plush lounges, a mister and use of a private dipping pool.

To refuel and recharge, guests can try items off the new menus at each of the Sandbar Grilles. The Grille’s all-new menu at Red Rock Resort includes French toast sticks with Nutella dipping sauce and berry jelly, a blueberry protein smoothie, sushi bento box, ceviche duo, carne asada tacos, a buffalo cauliflower wrap, jerk chicken sandwich, and Dole whip. Classic cocktails include an Aperol spritz, Rum Runner, mimosas, and a frozen mule. At Green Valley Ranch, the new menu includes a tuna poke bowl, mahi mahi fish tacos, sushi bento boxes, a chicken jerk sandwich, pineapple and strawberry Dole whip, lobster avocado salad and an American wagyu beef premium pool burger.
