Palace Station renovates banquet space and adds new casino bar and gaming area
Station Casinos’ popular Charcoal Room steakhouse to join dining scene

LAS VEGAS – Palace Station executives are pleased to announce recent enhancements to its meeting and convention space as well as the new “The Casino Bar” located on the casino floor. The company continues to invest in the property as it undergoes further renovations with the addition of the popular Charcoal Room steakhouse concept, joining the restaurant roster next year.

The Casino Bar, a new, modern space that spills out onto the casino floor, pays homage to when the property first opened in 1976 as “The Casino,” the city’s first locals’ casino. Outfitted with 10, 55-inch LED television screens playing all the sports action for the day, as well as 30, $1 and $0.25 video poker progressives at the bar itself, The Casino Bar is a great spot for those looking to play while enjoying their favorite cocktails. Additionally, more than 60 new slot and video poker machines flank the space, which then opens to all the table games and pit area.

Palace Station hosts hundreds of meetings, conventions and special events annually. Its seven meeting rooms have been refreshed with a modern look with new custom-designed axminster carpet and whimsical new wall coverings and trim. These new finishes complement the custom banquet chairs, sofas, lounge chairs and tables. With more than 18,000 square feet of space and the capacity to host up to 2,000 people, it is a great option for those looking for an affordable setting, with a convenient location just west of the famed Las Vegas Strip.
