LAS VEGAS (June 17, 2013) – Dedicated to  offering the best neighborhood Japanese dining experience in Las Vegas, Hachi at Red Rock Resort has refreshed its menu with new and seasonal dishes just in time for summer. Merging traditional Japanese ingredients with exciting flavors, guests are able to indulge in a fresh and playful take on Asian cuisine inside the popular Summerlin luxury resort destination.

 

The revamped menu features a selection of colorful dishes with creative interpretations of sushi, sashimi, salads and cooked selections, each prepared with high-quality ingredients, minus the high-dollar Strip prices. Signature dishes include French Bean Tempura (almonds, spicy aioli, eel sauce); Scallop Tiradito (white grapes, rocoto, yuzu, truffle oil); Hearts of Palm Salad (fennel, jalapeño, passion fruit vinaigrette); Miso Cod Lettuce Wraps (jalapeño salsa, sweet onions, katafiki); Warm Japanese Mushroom Salad (yuzu, garlic dressing); Tuna Sashimi Flatbread (tobiko, serrano, red onion); Lobster Tacos (red onion, cilantro, amarillo sauce); Ishiyaki (100 percent certified kagoshima Japanese wagyu beef, served ‘hot rock’ table-side with Hachi dipping sauces); and more!

 

Hachi traditional favorites remain staples on the menu, including the White Lotus Roll (rock shrimp tempura, asparagus, avocado, albacore, truffle soy); Confit Pork Belly Nikuman Buns (tonkatsu, pickled cucumber, sriracha); Big Eye Tuna Poke (nigiri style); and Spicy Kabocha Coconut Soup (with toasted pumpkin seeds).

 

Opened in 2007, Hachi offers Summerlin residents, Vegas locals and tourists alike an expressive feel of Japanese cuisine at an affordable price.
